Ingrid Esperanza is a performer and creator specializing in Hair Suspension, focusing on movement research and hybrid languages in performing art.

Fascinated by contemporary circus, she discovered Hair Suspension in 2007 and made it the centerpiece of her stage work.

In March 2017, Ingrid debuted her solo Hair Suspension act in the premiere of SEP7IMODIA in Buenos Aires, marking Cirque du Soleil's first presentation of this discipline.

Since 2019, she has dedicated herself to researching and practicing Hair Suspension mindfully and sustainably, organizing gatherings to expand knowledge.

Currently, Ingrid is the artistic director at Haa Collective and contributes as an external eye, coach, and director on circus projects in Europe and Mexico.

She has received numerous awards, including the UNESCO - Aschberg Fellowship for Performing Arts, FONCA's "Creadores Escénicos," and the OSIC Research and Innovation Grant from Catalonia.
