Georgina Teunissen

Georgina del Carmen Teunissen graduated as a dancer from the Conservatoire of Antwerp. Later she obtained a teaching diploma from AP Hogeschool in Antwerp. Georgina works as a movement coach, tutor and mentor. Her fascination with the boundary between the theatrical and the physical, between imagination and reality is apparent from her collaborations: Georgina has worked with various companies including Union Suspecte, Kendell Geers, Wim Vandekeybus, Troubleyn, Compagnie Cecilia, Kloppend Hert, Gust Van den Berghe, Het Paleis, and BRONKS. Georgina is part of the artistic core of Jong Gewei/Kloppend Hert and TransfoCollect and is a tutor and joint head of Drama at the RITCS School of Arts.
